  1. You need 125 g of Gluten free Chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos).
  2. Get 50 ml of Dairy free Margerine (melted).
  3. Provide 250 ml of Orley Whip.
  4. Get 4 of large Eggs (separated).
  5. Take 75 ml of Sugar.
  6. Take 150 g of Dark Chocolate.
  7. Take 250 ml of Orley Whip.
  8. Provide 80 ml of Sugar.

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  8. Add in the chocolate mixture to the whipped Orley Whip..
  9. Pour over the prebaked cookie crust and cool in the fridge until set. (You can place it in the freezer if you are in a hurry).
  10. Place the egg whites and 80 ml sugar in a bane-mary. Continuously beat until sugar is dissolved. Use your fingers to feel if the sugar is dissolved (please do not burn yourself).
  11. Transfer to stand mixer. Beat till stiff peaks.
  12. Place merengue on mousse and torch merengue.
